Contractor Registration Requirements & Application Form - All contractors wishing to complete work in the Village of Plainfield must register prior to beginning any projects. The registration fee is $50 annually. The completed registration form and fee should be returned to the Building Department, 14400 Coil Plus Drive, Plainfield, IL 60544.
