HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT

The Human Resources Division serves as a support function to the Management Services Department and other Village Departments.  Human Resources engages in a number of specialized activities in the areas of recruitment, selection, and orientation of new employees; compensation and benefits; employee training and development; labor relations; assisting with policy administration and interpretation; providing general assistance to employees and management staff; risk management, and other related projects.
