Employment Application - For all positions except Police Officer.
To be considered for a position, a Village of Plainfield application must be completed in full. Applications should only be submitted for positions that are posted. Resumes received without an application and incomplete employment applications will not be considered. Applications are also available at the Village Hall. Applications for all civilian positions should be returned to the Village of Plainfield, attn: Human Resources, 24401 W. Lockport St., Plainfield, IL 60544.

The hiring of Police Officers is conducted through the Plainfield Police Commission selection process whereby testing leads to an Eligibility List. Our current list expires May 22, 2008. Notice will be posted when testing will occur and applications will be accepted at that time.
