Paul Fay

An educator by profession, Paul Fay promotes public awareness of the many issues facing Plainfield as well as public involvement in government decision.   With his graduate degrees, Mr. Fay teaches at the college level, and offers training seminars for adults on topics ranging from Environmental Stewardship to End of Life Issues.

Prior to being elected a Village Trustee, Mr. Fay served on the Plainfield Township Board.   Among his interests in this community are promoting sustainable growth for the overall quality of life in Plainfield.  Mr. Fay founded an intergovernmental group for ecological concerns named "Conservation Plainfield."  In May 2009, he was appointed Chairman of the Riverfront Steering Committee and formed the Riverfront Foundation.

Paul advances good government by cooperating with other officials, including Representative Tom Cross, Senator Linda Holmes, and numerous County officials, in legislation that benefits the region.  Mr. Fay is proud to represent the constituents of the Village, advancing the many concerns of residents as requested.
